Department Information :

Department of Physical Education was established in the year 1992 to focus on developing physical fitness and the ability to perform and enjoy day-to-day physical activities with ease. Regular physical education classes prepare students to be physically and mentally active, fit, and healthy. An effective physical education program should include engaging lessons, trained Physical Education teachers, adequate instructional periods, and student evaluation. Physical education helps students develop physical skills and confidence. Activities such as running, catching, throwing, and striking, applicable to sports such as volleyball, karate. balancing skills and acrobatic exercises. Physical education also helps students develop social skills.

Highlights of Department :

Department of Physical Educational organized Karate Camp from 11th – 16th September, 2015.
Department has organized seven days R.T.M. Nagpur University Kabaddi Team Camp at Sevadal Mahila Mahavidyalaya Girls; Hostel, Narsala (16th-23rd November, 2015)
Department has established Sevadal Sports Clubs at Sevadal Mahila Mahavidyalaya Premises-2, New Kirti Nagar, Narsala. Various minor and major games training given to the students.
